That's a cool idea for an empire. Nothing but water in all directions, but people still live on it, taking to the skies, and by the looks of things, have constructed floating cities.
That armour must have taken you a long time to draw. I envy your ability to draw character designs. I usually hit a wall when thinking of clothing for my characters, which is why I draw so much fan art, because they already have outfits and I don't have to do much thinking. XD
